Welcome to Z-Image. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://zimage.design and its content and services (collectively, “the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Z-Image is an independent, unofficial informational and demonstration website for the open-source Z-Image model developed by Alibaba Tongyi Lab. The Service provides:

• Information about the Z-Image model and its variants.
• An embedded interface to a publicly available Hugging Face Space hosting Z-Image Turbo, operated by a third party.
• Educational and reference content (blog articles, FAQs, prompt guidance).

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alibaba Group, Tongyi Lab, Hugging Face, or any other third party referenced on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to processing of personal data) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit (especially involving minors), violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to it.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to collect data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
• Misrepresent the Service as official Alibaba or Tongyi Lab content.

4. Generated Content

The Z-Image Turbo generator is provided via an embedded iframe to a third-party Hugging Face Space. Any prompts you submit and any images generated are processed by that third party. We do not store your prompts or generated images on our servers.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and any content you generate. The Z-Image model is licensed under Apache 2.0 (see apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0). Outputs may be used in accordance with that license and applicable law, but we make no guarantee about ownership, originality, or non-infringement of any output.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Z-Image model and its variants are © Alibaba Tongyi Lab and licensed under Apache 2.0.
• All other content on the Service that we author (text, design, code, illustrations) is © 2026 the operators of zimage.design, all rights reserved unless otherwise stated.
• Trademarks, logos, and brand names not owned by us belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service contains links to and embeds from third parties (including Hugging Face, GitHub, ModelScope, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements, including from Google AdSense. We do not endorse advertised products or services. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of those interactions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the site operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
